I'm still checking out the selection of uber fun accessories at Alexis Bittar.  There is a page on the website now for items on sale under $100 - some of these items are selling for 70% off!  I am debating these smoky quartz earrings now.  What do you think?

NY Sales
Sigh, yet another time I wish I was back in my home city of NYC.  DVF hosts one of the best sample sales I've experienced.  I got a really lovely in-season, multi-colored sheath dress that I saw in Singapore for about 8 times what I paid at the sample sale (though remember Asian retail prices start at a higher price than US retail prices).
Today is the last day so if you're in the area, it could be worth checking out!

Otherwise this weekend, I am...
...hosting a cookout for my belated birthday.  There will be Korean style chicken with mango (recipe here), hot dogs, Ina Garten's lemon cream pasta with broccoli and more!

Alexis Bittar, home of edgy and very cool jewelry and accessories (don't just listen to me, the CFDA gave him the title of "Accessories Designer of the Year" in 2010) is having a sale!  If you're in NYC, now's a great time to gift yourself an awesome cuff or two.  Details below.

I love Pronovias, the designer of my ceremony wedding gown.  I got my dress at their bridal sample sale in NYC.  It was a cap sleeve, lace extravaganza with the perfect vintage vibe.  Oh and it was more than 60% off.  Brides, if you like Pronovias (or any of their lines, Elie Saab for Pronovias, Manuel Mota, San Patrick, La Sposa), go!

Cuff love and blog award love

There's something about cuffs that has entranced me lately...

Hayden Harnett has always had divine cuffs in a modern rocker-chic way.  These are $144 but were on sale for $88.40 2 weeks ago so patience pays off!

Sigh, a billowy tunic, some cute strappy sandals, and this at the ever impressive Forever 21 for $5.80.  I'm totally stalking the store for this.  Bridal bloggers, what about this as a modern accessory with your dress?

Luxing it up with Alexis Bittar.  I'm trying to decide whether it's worth the price ($227.50 on sale!)  It is pretty divine though and even the name "Rhodium versail crystal" is lovely.

Finally a lusty lust item indeed.  I feel like I may have robbed Coco Chanel's own jewelry box if I had this.
