We're in Victoria now for a wedding and sharing the love with family.  I'm hoping we get to visit Butchart Gardens this week.  These lovely gardens are open year-long and have a variety of stunning foliage each season.  The Japanese Garden is supposed to be the highlight of these autumn months and will be replete with brick and golden maples and chrysanthemums.  


Most of all I'm happy to experience autumn - the earthy colors, rich smells of the fall bounty, and the cooler weather upon my normally sun-drenched skin.   I'm so glad to truly experience the season's sight, smells, and sounds.
