Chic 'n Cheap Living Contest: Lights, camera, lashes Mascara Giveaway and Tarte Smooth Operator

Surprise, another giveaway!  I couldn't resist, not when someone can get this sexy mascara.

What woman doesn't want long, full, gorgeous lashes?  Some of us are born with it, the rest of us use mascara (*raises hand*).  Tarte has offered one of you lovely ladies their new Lights, Camera Lashes mascara - it lengthens, conditions, voluminizes, and curls.  Sigh all things I need and totally jealous of this winner.
