Vegan?! Chocolate cake {recipe} and the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Winner

I had a few healthy-ish recipes to share with you.  But then I saw this recipe and had to share.
Ms. Gabby is a food reviewing, Southern Californian loving, Culinary School living (in the fall I think) girl and shares awesome recipes now and again.  Yep I am totally carting my baking pan from NYC to Asia.  Kinda worth it for this no?  We all need a treat now and then.

The Best Chocolate Cake Ever {that just happens to be vegan}
Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 cup flour

- 1 cup white sugar

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup warm water

- 1/3 cup oil

- 1 tsp distilled white or apple cider vinegar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients {did you see the science experiment happen with the vinegar and baking soda?}.
3.Pour into a greased 8x8 cake pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
