Hair jewels for $25 and under!

Ever since I saw Georgina Chapman in a Marchesa gown with feather appliques in the shapes of flowers, I knew I wanted that. I have to make my veil, but wanted a hair band with jewels or a feather band for the reception.

Here are some nice choices:
